The GOP has hope…. Chris Simcox is running against John McCain in 2010!!!!
Not official yet… But hopefully it will be soon!
Now his website still has to put up how he feels on the issues. But so far I like what he has to offer…. he is the co-founder of the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps, a former Kindergarten teacher, and against the bailouts! PLUS did I mention he is running against McCain.
According to his campaign page
Chris is the candidate who understands that bailouts are not the answer.The housing and financial crisis in America can be fixed, but not by borrowing money from foreign governments and saddling our children and grandchildren with the debt. Government needs to get out of the way and let America’s great entrepreneurial spirit thrive.
Chris would consider some of the more creative solutions, like one bill introduced by a Texas congressman that would suspend individuals paying federal income taxes for the better part of a year. This approach would cost less than the so-called stimulus bill and would do more to stimulate the economy than government could do by putting money back into the hands of the hard-working American people who earned it in the first place.
